DR. SHELLEY A. CORBETT, MA, AUD, RAUD, RHIP
Doctor of Audiology, Registered Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Shelley was born and raised in Kelowna, BC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders, Summa Cum Laude and with honours, from Andrews University in 1992. She completed her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Western Washington University in 1994 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University’s Allied School of Health Sciences in 2017. Shelley is currently a member of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC with the double credential of Registered Audiologist and Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner. She is also a member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada and the Canadian Academy of Audiology. Shelley worked as an Audiologist in Penticton, BC before moving to Quesnel in 1995 to establish Quesnel Hearing Centre. More recently, she partnered with Doug Larsen to establish Prince George Hearing Centre. She is the proud mother/step-mother of five teenage/young adult daughters and one son who jokingly call her “Mother Einstein”. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening (you will see samples from her flower garden in the office seasonally), hiking, canoeing, camping, music, spending time with her family, and serving in her community.
